It's a toy store that any grandparent can enjoy spoiling a grandchild in as the children wander stars eyed about. Service is knowledgeable & friendly. When the store is busy, patience, which grandparents have in abundance, is helpful. Besides how often do you get one on one with your grandchildren?
I don’t have much experience with children’s toy stores, however this one seemed to be well stocked. We came Labour Day weekend and there were a number of deals as well as a giant stuffed elephant display which was pretty cool. We also got our gifts wrapped for free so that was an added bonus.
Well, if you’re going to order, even if it’s online you better be at the store before it closes because they will not let you in even if you arrive right at they’re closing time. to me that’s really horrible Service. There’s no customer service really. The gentleman who answered my call was very courteous when I had called beforehand, saying I was hopefully going to be there before closing. The girl at the door was very apologetic, but her manager stood at the back and said nothing and did nothing.
Very cool with lots of stuff. I found that almost everything was over priced. I got scared by a ugly doll a almost died. The Giant Elephant Had a Gyat and i wanted to slap it all day. Sadly it was over 2K so i left sad.
It's a nice place to buy toys, this store has a nice variety and good sections, I wish the musical section more options but then it's ok, you do have some options. Adding the pics and videos for your reference
Staff are poorly trained and store manager doesn't care about legitimate issues on large purchases. They will sell you literal garbage without noticing. They sold me an empty sleeved hanger of Astral Radiance pokemon cards (a behind the counter item) from this location and told me to take it up with Pokemon when I called to ask if they can help. Can't you just do a swap so you can try to scam the next customer with the empty pack instead of me, since you guys clearly don't care? This was a $6 dispute on a $281 purchase. FYI Pokemon has been closed to this type of support for months due to covid so I have no recourse but to leave this review. Beware.
The staff were very accommodating and they helped me find the toys I wanted from their website. The prices were good and reasonable. The toys were of high-quality and they seem to last a long time. It was fun being inside because you will feel like a child again.
Amazing customer service experience and great gift wrapping technique ! Guys working there are super nice and very helpful. Will come again for sure !
